Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unassembled, and remain in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within thirty days of delivery, and proof of purchase or an order number is required. Custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, bedding, pillows, and upholstered products cannot be returned once unwrapped.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our support team at support@oakandaura.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions. Items must be securely packed and returned using a prepaid, trackable shipping method. We recommend using an insured carrier to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
Restocking and Shipping Fees
A restocking fee of up to fifteen percent may apply to non-defective returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery at support@oakandaura.shop and include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take three to five business days for Oak & Aura to process and an additional five to ten business days for your bank to post the refund, depending on your payment provider.
